Envelopes and Labels

Church Membership Keeper will print standard #10 envelopes. It also will print Avery 5160 (30 labels per page) size labels. Additionally, CMK offers several addressing options for envelopes and labels. You may choose to address either using one of the following formats.

To print Envelopes or Labels click on the "Reports" button. On the "Reports" layout you will see a number of report choices represented by buttons. Click on either the "Print Envelopes" or "Print Labels" button. When you click on the button the following dialog will pop up giving you the choice of address formats.

Note that you can further define the style of personal addressing you want, i.e. Formal or Informal, on the "Church Preferences & Information" layout.

When printing envelopes CMK displays the Page Set Up dialog because printers handle envelopes differently. You will need to select the page set up that works best with your computer.
When printing labels CMK immediately opens the print dialog.
Both the Envelope and Label set up will print one envelope or label for all records in the current found set.

When printing labels CMK prints down the first column of labels on a page first, then the second, etc. (See example above.)
